I got the opportunity to participate in the function organized at Bharat Mandapam on the 31st anniversary of the Kigali genocide in Rwanda along with my friends Sumit Singh, Krishna Tyagi, Digvijay Singh and Jagdish Menon. During this I got the opportunity to meet HE Ms Jacqueline Mukangira, India’s High Commissioner of Rwanda. Mr. Shombi Sharp, the Coordinator of the United Nations in India was also present during this time.
