The idea of Indian River Council sprouted during Covid, Panpa and Shanaih. The idea has taken roots as plants in the presence of 600 enlightened people of the country at the Bharat Mandapam auditorium located in Delhi. Hope that the rivers of the country can become pure and continuous by the year 2047 that the river lovers of the country will adopt it.
